You'll see your "arrives by" date before you pay, and it's in your confirmation email. If you left a change note, the clock starts when you approve your proof.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: free within the US.
- Digital file: no shipping. We email a download link, usually within 1 business day.
Where we ship
Addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Tracking
When your portrait ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check any time on the order status page with your order number and email.
Sending it as a gift
Enter the recipient's address at checkout. Prices aren't printed on the packing slip. If it's a memorial gift, consider letting them know it's on the way.
Packaging
Canvases and frames are packed to travel safely and arrive ready to hang. The paper print is unframed and ships rolled in a sturdy triangular box.
If something goes wrong
- Arrived damaged: email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the damage and the box. We'll send a free replacement.
- Not arrived by your "arrives by" date: write to us, and we'll find out where it is and tell you what we're doing about it.
- Tracking shows delivered, but it isn't there: check with neighbors and around the property, then write to us within 30 days. We'll help, including filing a claim with the carrier or our print partner.
- Wrong address: if you notice a mistake, write to us straight away. We can often correct it before it ships.
Christmas 2026
- Order by December 7 if your order needs a proof.
- Order by December 9 with standard shipping.
- After that, a digital file (order by December 22) or a gift card (any time) still arrives by email in time.
